Refund Policy

Free trial

Tempolio offers a free 14-day trial and does not require a credit card to start. You are not charged anything until you choose to subscribe after the trial ends, so there is nothing to refund during this period. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Subscription refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, but we do not issue partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate or accidental charge).
  • A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the service for a significant part of the billing period and we were unable to resolve it.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@tempolio.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We review every request individually.

Service discontinuation

If we ever discontinue Tempolio entirely, we will automatically refund any prepaid subscription time that extends beyond the discontinuation date. See our Terms of Service for details.

How refunds are processed

All payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
