Yes. As of July 2026 Tempolio is completely free to use, with no credit card and no subscription, because paid plans have not been turned on yet. Planned pricing is $15.99/month standard, or $8/month locked forever for founding members.
Yes. Invoicing is built into Tempolio and invoices are generated directly from your tracked hours. This is the main difference from Toggl Track, which has no native invoicing and requires a second tool to bill clients.
Yes. Tempolio includes CSV importers for Toggl, for AND.CO, and for generic client lists. AND.CO shut down in March 2026, so the AND.CO importer exists specifically to help those users migrate without losing their client and project history.
Tempolio is built for independent freelancers working alone: designers, developers, writers, and consultants who bill clients by the hour. It is not a team tool, which is why there are no per-user fees or seat-based tiers.
