What happened to AND.CO?

AND.CO was an all-in-one tool for freelancers covering time tracking, invoicing, and contracts. It shut down in March 2026. Freelancers who used it lost access to the app and needed a new place to track hours, invoice clients, and store their project and client history.

Migration

How to migrate from AND.CO to Tempolio

Tempolio has a dedicated AND.CO importer that takes the two CSV files AND.CO (later Fiverr Workspace) lets you export: your clients and your invoices. You can import one, the other, or both. The whole thing takes a few minutes and happens inside the app — no support ticket, no migration service.

Before you start

• Export your data from AND.CO / Fiverr Workspace as CSV. You need the Clients export, the Invoices export, or both.
• Importing cannot be undone. Tempolio has no revert button. If you are unsure, import a small test file first with a handful of rows, check the result, then import the rest.
• Tempolio never overwrites. If a record already exists, the import skips it — it does not merge or update.

Step by step

1. Sign in to Tempolio and open Settings → Import data. (You'll also find the same importer under Clients → Import from AND.CO, and in the onboarding wizard when you first sign up.)
2. Click From AND.CO / Fiverr Workspace. A dialog opens with two drop zones: one for your clients CSV, one for your invoices CSV.
3. Drop your files in. Tempolio detects which file is which by reading its columns, so if you drop them in the wrong boxes it will sort it out and tell you.
4. Review the summary and confirm.
5. Check your Clients and Invoices views. Everything that imported is live immediately.

What transfers, and what doesn't

Clients

Name, email, and company transfer to their own fields. Phone, address, city, state, zip, and country are all merged into the client's notes field, because Tempolio's client record doesn't have separate fields for them. Nothing is lost, but it lands in one text block rather than structured fields.

Clients are de-duplicated by email address. If a client with that email already exists in your Tempolio account, the row is skipped.

Invoices

Invoice number, client, issue date, due date, status, subtotal, tax, and total.

Line items do not transfer. This is the one thing worth knowing before you commit. AND.CO's export includes a line-items column, but Tempolio only reads it to recognise the file as an invoice export — it does not parse the individual lines. Your imported invoices arrive with their totals intact, but without the itemised breakdown underneath.

If your invoice history matters to you as a line-by-line record, export a PDF of each invoice from AND.CO before you shut the account down. If you only need the totals for your books, the import covers you.

A few smaller things

• Invoice status maps across directly: paid stays paid, overdue stays overdue, unpaid becomes a draft.
• The original issue date is preserved, so your invoice history keeps its real chronology instead of all landing on today's date.
• If an invoice references a client who wasn't in your clients CSV, Tempolio creates that client for you from the invoice.
• Currency: Tempolio stores amounts without a per-invoice currency field. If your AND.CO invoices weren't in USD, the original currency is noted in the invoice's notes so you don't lose the information.
• Every imported invoice is tagged [AND.CO import] in its notes, so you can always tell migrated records from ones you created in Tempolio.
• Invoices are de-duplicated by invoice number. Import the same file twice and nothing doubles up.
